Ronaldo joined Juventus from last summer and proceeded to help his new side win the title and the Supercoppa Italiana before experiencing Nations League glory with Portugal.

Despite his advancing years, Ronaldo was still a major threat for Juventus and scored 28 goals in 43 games across all competitions, while he provided 10 assists. 

Ronaldo told : ‘It wasn’t easy for me to leave Real Madrid after such a long time and arrive in a different league like Serie A, goautodial with new team-mates, all at the age of 33.

‘This is why I believe that I had my best season. I won the Scudetto and Italian Super Cup at Juve, then the Nations League with Portugal, so that’s three trophies in just one year.’
